1. Registration:
1.1 Students:
ADD: Complete student reg.
EDIT:  By enrollno, dob, name, degree, branch wise etc.
DELETE | BLOCK: student which is blocked cannot perform issue, return, and renewal task.
SEARCH: enrol no, dob, name, degree, branch wise.

1.2 faculty
Define: Designation, category Faculty/Phd member, Nonteaching, Department details.
ADD: Common reg. for both teaching , nonteaching, Faculty
EDIT: By member id, name, category, dob, depart, design.
DELETE: By member id, name, category, dob, depart, design.
SEARCH: By member id, name, category, dob, depart, design.

2. Acquisition:
2.1 Books
ADD: Basic info + Expenditure info + Recommend details
EDIT: title, Author, Publisher, Subject, class no, accession.
DELETE: title, Author, Publisher, Subject, class no, accession.
SEARCH: title, Author, Publisher, Subject, class no, accession.

2.2 Journals 
ADD: Basic info + Subscription info + Payment details.
EDIT: Year, Title
DELETE: Year, Title
SEARCH: Year, Title
JOURNAL ENTRY: Its a subpart of any journal that comes weekly,montly. (Add Row functionality)
JOURNAL ENT.EDIT: Year wise, Title Wise.

3.Circulation:
ISSUE Multiple issue + notification
RETURN Fine alert, Accession no require only.
RENEWAL Re issue from that day means return day.
ISSUE REPORT By member id, category, from-to date
RETURN REPORT By member id, category, from-to date
OVERDUES NOTICE By member id, category, from-to date
TRANSCATION HIS. By Date from-to, accession range.
MOSTDEMANDING By Date from-to.

4.OPAC (online public access catalogue)*
Students can find the availability of books at their home also.
Student have to enter minor info regarding his searching books
DOCUMENT SEARCH ADVANCE SEARCH enabled by author, publisher, title, accession, class no, subject.
MEMBER SEARCH ADVANCE SEARCH RESULT BY member ID, member name.

5.In or Out:
USED for tracking the no of student are coming in library per day & their information.
MEMBER ID Member will be Checked In or out by submitting their member ID.

NODUES GENERATION
Nodues will gen. by member’s id if & only Library Account info must be ok.
NODUES TAKEN LIST By date range from-to, category
7.2 Fine
FINE DEPOSIT NOW Fine will be deposit by member’s id
FINE COLLECT LIST By date-range from-to, member id wise.
FINE PENDING LIST By date-range from-to, member id wise.

8. Recommendation for book+journals
An order is generated for shorted books.
ADD Order form is generated.
EDIT By title, author, publisher, date
DELETE By title, author, publisher, date
SEARCH By title, author, publisher, date
Approve Request Flow of request faculty->HOD->library->admininstror

9. Settings:
Master Max no of book, fine per day, security amt.
USER RIGHTS Multiple login, prevent unauthorised login, Assign & update rights.
HOLIDAYS Add & view.
